Carl is a bizarre personality full of diverse talent. He reminds me of a grown little boy playing Monopoly; and he ends up with all the houses and hotels!
Third Century locations improve the touristic value and culture of historic New Albany and preserve the past for today’s generations.
Meeting Carl was a refreshing treat. To encounter a man who can cook eggs-benedict, run a laundry business, who has a talent for impeccable interior design, can restore historical buildings and juggle his appointment calendar to be in three places at one time was an interesting rendeveus for us. He demonstrates that to reach high levels of achievement, you must invest your time and hard work and it pays off. I can’t imagine New Albany without Carl. What would have happened to all the historical landmarks on River Road without people like him to restore the past for future generations. I salute him and Steve for their hard work and contributions to my home town. As much as I like both of them, I’d never play Monopoly with them!
