   RECAP of the Week’s Happenings

These are only a few highlights that I picked out to either poke fun at or to praise projects in the works. Please don’t  take anything in a derogatory way. Everything is meant in FUN and with AFFECTION towards ALL List Members !! If I mention you, I probably like you a lot!

Week of Aug. 22

This was the black week on the List. Better to let by-gones be by-gones. One death was reported, Pillsbury Doughboy died of yeast infection as posted by Hex. Wormy T had a Birthday. Bob-O made some progress on his basement, in the Mausoleum and the Library. Kit denied losing her underwear in the pool. Denver Dude showed us his “kinky” side by posting a link called “Girls and Corpses”. Cy hacked out the technical guts of a peeking monster in window to accomplish blowing the curtains upwards. Off-topic issue; the world’s ugliest dog could be admired. Only on the List can you find such earth-shattering topics!

Week of Aug. 29

Hollyberry inspired all of us with her horse-drawn hearse which her husband, Bob crafted in a short time. They both put the finishing touches on and amazed us all. Ghostess Deanna posted her first pics of the Gargoyle Goliath. This week we watched him get some tail. Next week he’ll get a head. No pun intended. k

Prop Master showed us his See-Saw Skeleton progress. The cutest dialogue was between Prop Master (an old pro) and Prop Boy (younger pro).

PropMaster’s Subject line: Pneumatic virgin ready to learn. PM: “bought a compressor 5 HP 25 gal. 125 psi. PropBoy: “Once you start it is a whole new world of haunting and you’ll never go back to static again. Welcome aboard”. Just thought it was kind of cute, the younger generation explaining the ropes to the older. Greg Miller made a cute comment to PM’s See-Saw Skeleton movie. “P.S. I love the comments at the end of the movie. PM: “Christmas is great too”. Kid: “But you never decorate on Christmas”.

Week of Sept. 5

Things are getting serious now! The clock is ticking away. More progress is being seen. AZ Specter had a trial run with lighting for his Peppers Ghost. Psychotica did a Snoopy Dance when the trial of her DC Mourner really lifted! Ghostess Deanna’s Gargoyle gets a head! Topics of discussion: Haunt Structures and painting plastic. Challenges: a bathtub of blood.

More to come as the week develops . . .

Halloween 2005 activities put this page on hold - - - maybe it will continue when things calm down and get back to normal?

If there’s any comment that you don’t want here, tell me and I’ll remove it immediately! With full respect to everyone. This is just in fun.
